The BMS girls basketball team improved to 7-0 on the year by defeating Johns Creek Middle School 39-11 Monday night at the BMS gym.

Belfry was led by Kailee Rash, Lena Hairston, and Lyndsey Miller all with 8 points each. Ariel Mounts followed with 5 points. Defensively Belfry was led by Rash with 3 steals and 4 deflections. Taylor Horton also 5 points and 3 steals off the bench. Miller led Belfry on the boards with 6 rebounds. The BMS 7th grade team also stayed unbeaten knocking off Johns Creek 15-7. BMS girls returned to action Tuesday night at home against Valley Middle School.

Scoring: Rash 8, Hairston 8, Miller 8, Mounts 5, Horton 5, Deaton 3.
