More than 40 indictments were handed down during the September session of the Logan County Grand Jury.


The list of names, along with the charge, from the grand jury sitting in Judge Roger Perry’s court is:


• Shawn Adkins was indicted for malicious wounding, burglary and domestic battery.


• Shawn Adkins was indicted for malicious wounding.


• Amber Ball was indicted for 20 counts fraud in connection with an access device, fraudulent schemes and taking the identity of another person.


• Clifton Miller Belcher was indicted for fleeing in a vehicle in a manner showing a reckless indifference to the safety of others, fleeing in a vehicle while driving under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances or drugs, speeding and no insurance.


• David Dwayne Belcher was indicted for operating a clandestine drug laboratory, conspiracy to attempt a clandestine drug laboratory and possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver.


• Rebecca Brown was indicted for two counts sexual assault third degree.


• Roy Brandon Cooper was indicted for two counts grand larceny and two counts conspiracy to commit grand larceny.


• Dorsey Darby was indicted for arson in the first degree.


• Michael Fortuna was indicted possession of Schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a Schedule III controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of a Schedule I controlled substance with intent to deliver.


• Shawn Harris was indicted for fleeing in vehicle DUI, fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference, and driving under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances or drugs.


• Jarred Marshall Kinser was indicted for three counts possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, two counts possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a Schedule III controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of a Schedule V controlled substance with intent to deliver.


• David Leake was indicted for three counts robbery in the first degree and three counts conspiracy.


• David Michael Madden was indicted for operating a clandestine drug laboratory, conspiracy to attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, and possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver.


• Katie Maynard was indicted for three counts robbery in the first degree and three counts conspiracy.


• Tabitha Meade was indicted for two counts forgery and two counts uttering.


• Tabitha Meade was indicted for two counts forgery, two counts uttering, two counts fraud in connection with an access device and grand larceny.


• Ricky Ray Pennington was indicted for six counts of wanton endangerment and unlawful assault.


• Roshawn Ransom was indicted for possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of a Schedule I controlled substance with intent to deliver.


• Robert Waldon Rogers was indicted for forgery and uttering.


• Jon Joshua Sizemore was indicted for possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy.


• Jon Sizemore was indicted for four counts forgery and four counts uttering.


• Michael Shane Sparks was indicted for breaking and entering and grand larceny.


• Lori A. Stafford was indicted for two counts grand larceny, and two counts conspiracy to commit grand larceny.


• Chad Eric Surgoine was indicted for three counts delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance and cultivation of marijuana.


• Roger Paul Toler of three counts sexual abuse in the first degree, one count sexual abuse second degree, two counts sexual abuse in the third degree, six counts sexual abuse custodian and four counts incest.


• Wilburn Morris Vannatter was indicted for nighttime burglary and attempted grand larceny.
