Joyce Ann Justice, 69, of Upper Chloe, Ky., died Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009, at Pikeville Medical Center. She was born April 10, 1940 to the late John Cecil and Stella “Billiter” Justice.
Visitation will start at 6 p.m., Friday, at Thacker Memorial Funeral Home. with services at 7 p.m., and open visitation on Nov. 21, 2009, with services at 7 p.m.
Funeral services will be on Sunday, Nov. 22, 209 at 2 p.m., at Thacker Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
Thacker Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
