Bonnie Sue Goble, 64, of Sprigg, passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2012, at her residence following a long illness.
She was born on August 15, 1948, in Hatfield, Ky., to the late Edgar and Bladdene Webb Goble.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brothers, Arnold Ray Goble and Ronald Dale Goble; sisters, Lois Jean McCoy and Lillian Carol Marcum; and sisters-in-law, Betty Jo Goble and Wilma Jean Goble.
Bonnie was a graduate of Logan High School and Marshall University. She began her teaching career in 1970, dedicating most of her teaching years with kindergarten children at Varney Grade Schhol and Matewan Elementary School. She was also a devoted daughter, sister and friend.
Survivors include brothers, William Harvey Goble (Lou Ann), Clifford Lee Goble; brothers-in-law, Donald McCoy and Ernie Marcum; and sister-in-law, Bethany Goble. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, December 7, at the R. E. Rogers Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Mountain View Memory Gardens, Maher. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Thursday, December 6, in the Funeral Home Chapel.
